Meet Colonel's customer Richard Chambers. Richard is the proud new owner of a Surly Pugsley. This is basically the monster truck of bicycles. The tires are 4.0 " wide and mounted to a Large Marge rim which is 65mm wide and weighs 1100 grams. This sucka can be ridden through sand or snow. There is no stopping the Pugsley. The look on Richard's face says it all. The rear hub is a special piece of engineering in itself. The Rohloff hub contains 14 speeds for a 526% gear range. We are currently talking to the guys at Full Wood Fenders about making some custom jobs specifically for this bike.
