Since I recently put a dyno hub on my Vaya, I had a set of 650b wheels/tires that I no longer used on that bike that needed a new home. So, I've now got a Soma B-Side frame to build up as a full rigid singlespeed mtb. Check back soon for pics of the completed bike...

Good customer and friend James Sanchez recently upgraded his Moots MootoX to 2012 Shimano XTR 2x10. This is my new favorite MTB group. The shifting is flawless ans the brakes are incredible. Of course the Moots frame that the parts are hung on is no slouch. The frame is three years old and will last long enough to see several other groupo changes. James elected to go with the 26x38 chainring combo and an 11/34 10 speed XT cassette. Next week we will add some Ergon grips and Shimano Ice Tech rotors. Ride on Jimmy James!

We have been stocking and selling the Stan's No Tubes products for quite a while now and have had great success regarding thier quality and durability. We now have the ZTR Crest 29er stock wheelset in stock in both black and white for $540.00 a set. This wheelset makes a great upgrade for your stock 29er. With Stan's bead socket technology you can run tubeless technology with low pressures and no tire burping. At 175 lbs I have been using the Crest rim for a solid year with no flats or tire burping (tire pressure 28psi). I also reccommend adding some Stan's sealant for safe measure. Stan's published weight is 1575 grams per pair.

This summer has felt like it would never end. I, like many others, are ready for the scorching heat to break and give way to some wonderful fall riding weather. That being said, Cross season is also upon our heels, so make sure to take advantage of our long fingered glove sale. Right now, all Giro long fingered gloves are 20% off until the end of September!
While you're at it, don't forget coverage for your arms and legs. We have Garneau knee, leg and arm warmers in stock.
This is a heads up for all you folks that are on the lookout for something new to eat while on your rides. We just got in two new flavors of Bonk Breakers. Espresso Chip and Blueberry Oat are perfect road fuel to keep you going the distance. For those of you who love Stinger Waffles, we have the new strawberry flavor. Sully tried one of these this morning and he says they are the best flavor yet.
